The contracting authority shall procure one complete advanced unit/light fire engine for use in fire and rescuing services. The vehicle shall be used for rapid first efforts in the event of fires, road accidents, emergency rescue assignments and other incidents within the fire service area. The vehicle shall be compact, accessible, reliable and suitable for all-year use under Norwegian conditions. It shall have room for crews, extinguishing installations, water/foam tank and necessary fire and rescuing equipment.
