NMBU shall enter into framework agreements for the delivery of drinks and prepared food, and in cases serving, to different locations at Campus Ås. NMBU intends to enter into 2 framework agreements for the area. The framework agreements will be valid for 2 years from 2 January - 2027, with options for an extension for 1+1 year.

Part 1, meeting food

Sub-contract 1 includes the delivery of drinks and ready prepared food for meetings, work meetings, courses, workshops and similar activities with a limited extent. The delivery shall be of the type "drop-off", where food and drink is delivered to an ordered location without requirements for serving, covering up, or clearing up. The lot is mainly for deliveries within ordinary working hours, Monday from 08:00 - 16:00.

Part 2, events

Sub-contract 2 includes the delivery of drinks and ready-prepared food for more formal events, including conferences, seminars, receptions, representation events, occasions and other gatherings. The deliveries can in cases include serving, covering up, clearing and other necessary manpower for the execution of the event. Deliveries can be delivered both within and outside ordinary working hours, including evenings.
