Swansea Council is procuring a city-wide rental e-bike scheme to provide a public e-bike service for residents, students, workers, and visitors. The scheme is intended to improve access to travel opportunities within the city, support active travel and wider decarbonisation objectives, and build on the existing bike share scheme run by Swansea University.
