Endoscopic bushing material for back surgery for Vestre Viken HF

Vestre Viken HF at Martina Hansen Hospital shall procure consumables for endoscopic back surgery against 1 endoscopy system for back surgery, 2 interlaminary instrument sets and 2 transforminel instrument sets being loaned free of charge for a period of 4 years, with the possibility for an extension for 1+1 year. Consumables for endoscopic back surgery shall be placed on a consignment warehouse in the contract period. The endoscopy equipment shall be used for prolapse interventions. Approx. 150 prolapse interventions are carried out annually. 2 transformers and 2 intralaminary interventions shall be carried out on the same day. In the long term it may be necessary to use the equipment for stenosis interventions. The department currently has 1 endoscopic system. The endoscopy system is used for arthroscopy and it shall continue to be used for artoscopy. If a tenderer can use all or parts of the existing equipment without losing the possibility of using it for artoscopy, the existing equipment can be used, if appropriate. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. Increased need can occur with a general increase in procedures performed. Such conditions are expected to increase the need between 5 and 30% and the maximum extent of the procurement is therefore equal to the value of the estimated amount stated in the Price Form plus 30%.
