The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to use work physiological tests to ensure accurate and research based assessments of candidates ́ (and where relevant employees) work style, qualities and problem solving ability, etc., so that we can make better and more objective decisions both in recruitment and in the development of employees. The service shall be delivered digitally.
