1. DIO wishes to continue the Net Zero Carbon (NZC) scope of Establishment Management Plans (EMPs) being delivered throughout FY`s 2027-29. 2. The scope is to include electrical surveys and decarbonisation trajectory planning (drawn from the Modern Energy Partners (MEP) approach and methodology).
