Housing and Inclusion Committee agreed the restructure to Asset and Tenancy Teams at its meeting in June 2025. Part of this restructure involves replacing the caretaking service with Estate Wardens and outsourcing the cleaning of communal areas to the 273 blocks of flats and 2 sheltered housing schemes to an external contractor.
