The opportunity is for a technology and customer service platform supplier to support delivery of SYMCA´s new e-bikes project. The Platform Supplier shall provide and operate a digital platform that supports both the operational delivery of the scheme and the achievement of the wider programme objectives, including: - Branded White-Labelled Website - Subscription and Payment Management - Customer Qualification and Checks - Insurance and Theft Management - Asset Tracking and Bike Allocation - Customer Order Ticketing - IoT (Internet of Things) Integration, including GPS Tracking - Data Collection - Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Legal and Compliance - Management Information, Reporting and Analytics
