Karlshamns kommun arbetar med projekt inom civilt försvar. Denna partneringupphandling avser ett ombyggnadsprojekt inom civilt försvar. Projektet avser omfattande renovering/ombyggnad/tillbyggnad av befintlig ledningsplats till ny ledningsplats. Ledningsplatsen är idag på ca 600 kvm uppdelade på två plan. Att kunna genomföra sådana projekt ställer krav på entreprenören att kunna hantera projektet under sekretess. Det kan även förekomma säkerhetsskyddsklassade uppgifter, dock är upphandlingen ingen SUA.
