The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for project management and project work for the establishment of a stand-by council for satellite based services. Based on the Total Preparedness Report and as a part of the work of developing a long-term plan for civil preparedness, the NFD as responsible ministry shall establish a stand-by council for the area "satellite based services". The Norwegian Space Agency, together with NFD, takes care of the process of establishing this council and therefore needs support for project management and project work. The project work shall mainly take place in autumn 2026, with the planned start in September and completed in December.
