General part - shall be answered by all

Lørenskog municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for legal services. The procurement has several sub-contracts where the tenderers can choose to submit tenders for one or several of the parts. The general part must be answered by everyone regardless of which sub-contract a tender is submitted for. Note that the documentation requirements can be somewhat different for each sub-contract and it is important that the tenderer familiarises themselves with the set requirements, as well as the documentation requirements.

Sub-contract 1 - Contract, public procurements, public support, tax and VAT.

The contract includes assistance and legal advice within the legal areas contract, public procurements, government support and tax and VAT questions.

Sub-contract 2 - Child protection including health and welfare.

The agreement includes legal assistance and consultancy in particular within child protection law, but also as needed within health and welfare law, including questions related to the Health and Care Services Act, and the Patient and User Rights Act.

Sub-contract 3 - Real estate, planning and building law, transport and water and sewage.

The contract includes legal assistance and consultancy within fixed property legal conditions and public law questions within planning and building law, transport and water and sewage law.
