South Hampshire College Group (SHCG) has awarded a contract for the provision of an ePortfolio and apprenticeship management system (OneFile) via the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud framework. The solution supports the delivery of apprenticeship programmes, including learner progress tracking, assessment management, compliance monitoring and reporting across the College Group.

The contract comprises the provision of a cloud-based ePortfolio and apprenticeship management system (OneFile), delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), including associated implementation, configuration, user licensing, training, support and maintenance services. The solution is used to support the management and delivery of apprenticeship programmes across South Hampshire College Group, including learner progress tracking, assessment and evidencing, compliance monitoring, reporting, and integration with existing college systems where required. The contract was awarded via a call-off under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud framework in accordance with the framework terms and conditions.
