Sykehusinnkjøp HF shall, on behalf of Helse Midt-Norway, implement a "Non-exclusive framework agreement on ultrasound apparatuses" for hospitals in Mid-Norway. We would, thus, like to invite all interested parties to a joint meeting with information on the tender form and tentative progress schedule. Non-exclusive framework agreements are planned within the following sub-areas, but the division below is not a division and can be corrected along the way.• Anaesthesia• ENT• Eye• Surgery• Medicine• Neuro• Radiology• Gyn/birth• CardiologyThere may also be a need for further divisions of different ultrasound apparatuses within each discipline: • Mid-range•             The high-end tender form will be "competition with negotiations", which opens up to negotiate on all sides of the tender, except that the offered product cannot be replaced. We reserve the right to award the first tender without negotiations. It will be opened up to submit parallel tender offers. A joint demo/testing of offered ultrasound apparatuses is planned, but alternatively there can be further clinical testing/site inspections in some sub areas. We invite relevant tenderers to a digital meeting via Teams. A joint meeting will be held for all interested parties. The requirement specification will be sent for a hearing to all registered interested parties before the competition is announced.
