Winslow Town Council are seeking to procure three phases of a project to improve the community facilities at the Elmfield Gate site in Winslow. Planning consent has been secured for the construction of a new sports block, a new parking area and an extension of the existing sports pavilion building. Funding for the proposed works will be secured through Section 106 agreements, with additional funding provided by grants from the Football Foundation / Football Association.
