Provision of Core Community Services, supporting transformation of Primary Care and Out of Hospital Care in Wandsworth

The notice relates to Community Health care services. This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The lifetime Value of the contract is £65,072,790 (£32,536,395 per annum). The contract term will be 1 year with the option to extend for 1 year. The contract will start on 01/04/2027 and end 31/03/2028 with an extension starting 01/04/2028 to end 31/03/2029
