Flagship Housing Development Limited, a subsidiary of Bromford Flagship LiveWest, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors for the award of a JCT Design and Build Contract for the delivery of a residential development at Godwinson Gate, Barton Way, Ormesby St Margaret, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk (NR29 3SD). The development comprises the construction of 55 dwellings, including 24 Affordable Rent homes, 3 Shared Ownership homes and 28 Open Market Sale homes. The scheme forms part of the Client´s ongoing affordable housing delivery programme in partnership with Homes England. The works include the design and construction of all residential units and associated external works, public open space, landscaping, a Locally Equipped Area for Play (LEAP), site infrastructure, drainage and utilities, together with off-site highway improvement works required to support the development. The site is in the ownership of the Client and benefits from full planning permission. The anticipated contract value is approximately £12.3 million, with construction programmed to commence in May 2027 and final handovers scheduled for May 2029.
