Provision of Interventional radiology (IR) services, which involves an IR elective list per week at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, provides 24/7 Emergency IR cover for Gateshead patients to be completed at Freeman Hospital or at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and provides 1 PA per week of vascular cross sectional imaging specialist reporting.
