The proposed scheme is spread across three parcels of land and is currently anticipated to comprise 29 units as follows: • Parcel 1 - 4 walk-up flats • Parcel 2 - 1 supported living building comprising 9 units • Parcel 3 - 10 walk-up flats, 2 houses and 4 bungalows The works will also include associated drainage, infrastructure, highways, external works and landscaping.
