Vegårshei municipality shall enter into a contract for a turnkey contract for the development of roads, technical infrastructure and water and sewage installations, as well as gross planning of sites at Grasåslia. Grasåslia is an existing residential area at Ubergsmoen in Vegårshei municipality. The area shall now be continued and expanded in accordance with the approved zoning plan. The contract is divided into two phases, phase 1 consists of complete engineering design services for and the execution of roads, water and sewage and cable ditches for the areas 2, 4, 7 and 8. Phase 2, which is an option for the contracting authority, consists of areas 1 and 3. For further information on the contents of the procurement, please refer to part 2 of the contract documentation.
