EU-OSHA has an ongoing need for specialised ICT services to support the implementation, maintenance, evolution and coordination of its ICT, web, business application and digital services. The procurement is divided into three lots: Lot 1: Project Management Support; Lot 2: Plone Maintenance; Lot 3: Microsoft Developments and Maintenance.

ICT Project management support

Project management support to assist the ICT Manager, project owners and ICT staff in the coordination, planning, monitoring and reporting of ICT projects and contractor activities.

Plone maintenance

Specialised support for the maintenance and evolution of the OiRA platform and related Plone-based components. OiRA is a critical pan-European digital infrastructure supporting occupational safety and health risk assessment, with a large user base and a network of national partners.

Microsoft Maintenance and Developments

Specialised Microsoft development, maintenance and support services for Microsoft-based applications and platforms, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365 / CRM, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, Entra ID and related technologies.
