The University of Staffordshire has awarded a contract for the provision of Design and Construction of a new car park and public realm work s, completion of existing pedestrian works and demolition of multiple existing buildings via the Places for People Framework Agreement. This is continuation of works following publication of a notice awarding PCSA earlier in 2026
