Drammen Eiendom KF intends to enter into framework agreements with 3-5 tenderers for architect services. The aim is to ensure access to qualified architect assistance in the execution of the company's project portfolio in the coming years. The architects shall assist Drammen Eiendom KF with both investment and maintenance projects, and the assignments can include all project phases - from the early idea and development phase, via engineering design and execution, to completion, hand-over and follow-up in the warranty period. The construction projects will primarily be administered by the business Project.  The project portfolio is varied and consists of both new buildings, alterations, renovations and maintenance measures of various sizes and complexity. The number of projects and the extent of them will depend on the approved investment and operating budgets in the contract period.
