In summary, the works comprise of the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of the electrical engineering works in relation to Oweninny Phase 3 wind farm including: (a) Oweninny 110 kV IPP/TSO Substation (b) Contestably built 110 kV grid connection (c) All required design studies, commissioning and testing to ensure the works, delivered as part of this specification, meet the EirGrid Grid Code Requirements.
