This procurement is being conducted by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on behalf of the Mayor´s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) who are the Contracting Authority as defined in Section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023. Managed Service Providers to provide a framework of suppliers in the categories of Professional Services and Academic & Research Services. The suppliers will be expected to manage their own framework of suppliers and provide the Buyer with support for the tendering process, including requirements design, running mini-competitions, ordering/invoicing and management information.
