Caerphilly County Borough Council intends to procure a cloud-based Financial Management System to replace its existing solution. The procurement may include associated functionality covering financial management, asset management, lease accounting, reporting, analytics and system integration services. The requirement is currently subject to pre-market engagement and the final scope may be amended prior to commencement of the procurement process.
