Oslo University Hospital HF (OUS) invites suppliers of thrombapheresis to provide input in a RFI. OUS plans to establish parallel framework agreements with up to two suppliers, for a contract period of four years, with an estimated total volume of 8 machines and a maximum total volume of 10 machines. The equipment is to be used for thrombapheresis from blood donors with simultaneous plasma collection. Enclosed are the market dialogue document with further information, and a response form containing the questions we would like answered. The completed form should be submitted via the communication module in Mercell by 09 October 2026, 12:00 noon. Questions relating to the market dialogue should be submitted through the same channel. The market dialogue does not constitute a tender competition and entails no obligation for OUS to carry out a procurement. It is conducted as a preliminary market investigation pursuant to Section 12-1 of the Norwegian Public Procurement Regulations (forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser, FOA). Input received will be considered, but OUS remains free to design the procurement independently of it. Participation is not remunerated and confers neither an advantage nor a disadvantage in any subsequent competition.
