This is a Request for Information (RFI) and an invitation to market dialogue. UiT The Arctic University of Norway, through the Arctic University Museum of Norway, requires an integrated and user-friendly solution for point of sale, online ticketing, booking, memberships, retail, café operations, payments and reporting. The museum operates four visitor sites in Tromsø and receives approximately 200,000 visitors annually. The current arrangements are largely manual and consist of several separate systems. UiT therefore wishes to explore the solutions and delivery models available in the market for digital ticket sales, booking, memberships, inventory management, point-of-sale and café operations, payments and reporting. UiT invites suppliers to express their interest in and participate in the market dialogue. During the dialogue meetings, UiT seeks input on how suppliers’ solutions can meet the identified needs. The market dialogue is a preparatory activity and does not constitute a competition or an obligation for UiT to carry out a procurement. Participation in the market dialogue will not provide any advantages or disadvantages in a potential future procurement procedure.
