The objective of this RfP is: to procure through public tender 2 IT services: Hosting and Application Maintenance for both MEC IT Tool and CPR following the ENTSO-E Procurement Policy and Procedures. to sign a long-term standalone Service Contract Agreements (SLA) or Master Framework Agreement (MFA) with vendor(s) to develop and maintain hosting cluster and applications maintenance for both MEC IT Tool and CPR.

Hosting

Hosting of the merged CPR/MEC infrastructure cluster. Scope includes the hosting model (dedicated IaaS / private cloud / hybrid), separated production and acceptance environments, the virtualisation and orchestration stack (VM, container, Kubernetes), and backup and disaster recovery with tested RTO/RPO objectives.

Application Maintenance

Maintenance of the CPR application plus the environment/infrastructure layer of the MEC IT Tool. Scope includes 1st/2nd/3rd-line support, development and release management, and operating within a multi-vendor environment with documented cross-vendor incident management and joint root-cause analysis.
