Located on a distinctive campus in the heart of Dublin city centre, Trinity is Ireland’s highest‑ranked university and home to approximately 22,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students across the arts and humanities, business, law, engineering, science, and health sciences. The effective provision and support of Audio Visual (AV) and learning technologies has become central to Trinity’s teaching and learning mission. Modern pedagogical approaches increasingly rely on robust, flexible AV solutions to support a wide range of teaching environments, from large lecture theatres equipped with high‑performance laser projection systems to smaller seminar spaces featuring interactive displays and remote connectivity. Lecture capture, live streaming, and hybrid teaching all play a part in university, teaching enabling inclusive access and enhanced learning experiences for both students and staff. To support these requirements at scale, Trinity College Dublin seeks to establish strong, reliable partnerships for the provision, integration, and ongoing support of AV and learning technologies. This AV Framework is structured across two Lots and is intended to appoint experienced suppliers capable of delivering high‑quality, resilient solutions that align with Trinity’s strategic objectives and the evolving needs of a modern university campus.
