This tender is for the provision of Cleaning Services at specific sites for the Hostel, Temporary Accommodation and Torbay Council Owned Permanent Accommodation within Torbay Council boundaries, predominantly in Torquay and Paignton. The site list may also be extended or reduced to include or exclude different locations during the contract period. The successful Supplier(s) is expected to carry out the duties as stated in the Part 2 Specification and any ad-hoc requirements to a very high standard. The tender is being split into two lots: Lot 1 - Temporary Accommodation Lot 2 - Hostel – Lot nr.: 1 Lot 1 Temporary Accommodation Torbay Council currently has 49 temporary accommodation properties, which are located in Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. There are 45 self-contained properties and 4 HMO’s (House in Multiple Occupancy). The Temporary accommodation properties will require void cleaning (flipping), before a new tenant(s) move in. This is a specialist cleaning service that is required for the vacated properties. The HMO properties require regular cleaning of the communal areas and void cleaning of the bedrooms once a tenant has moved out.
