Troms County invites tenderers to a competition for a contact centre system for customer dialogue and case handling for the public transport and mobility offer in Troms. The contract period is from 01.03.2027 - 01.03.2030. In addition the contracting authority has an option for an extension of up to 2 (1+1) years. The tender contest is subject to financing. Tenderers are encouraged to go through the tender documentation carefully and get in the competition rules. If the tender documentation appears unclear, suppliers are encouraged to ask questions to the contracting authority through the Hyyr portal.
