The University of Strathclyde ("the University") is seeking to establish a Contract for the Provision of Pest Control & Associated Services (2027-31) (UOS-45123-2026).

The University of Strathclyde (“the University”) is seeking to establish a contract to support the delivery of activities outlined below. This Contract will include, however, will not be limited to: - Pest control services / inspections / treatments: - Planned preventative maintenance (PPM): - Ad-hoc / reactive service visits: - All staff must be suitably qualified / equipped to complete the services in accordance with the relevant British Standards: - Standard 24-hour response time from receipt of call for main campus requirements, and emergency 4-hour response time for Student Residence requirements. - Provision of pest control requirements for University Kitchens, Café’s and other food preparation areas in accordance with relevant legislation / British standards. This Contract will be awarded on a sole supply basis, and its remit largely relaters to Services, albeit there may be elements of Goods purchased within it.
