The successful tenderer will be required to combine primary and secondary research, stakeholder engagement, expert consultation, and strategic analysis to build on Bord Bia’s existing insight base, validate commercial relevance, assess Irish industry capability and readiness, and translate findings into a clear business case, capability and investment roadmap, actionable recommendations, and decision-ready outputs for senior leadership and industry audiences.
