The scope of this contract is to provide proactive threat intelligence, dark web monitoring, and brand protection services to identify references to Buyer (UK Biobank , its data, credentials, and other cyber security risks using a combination of proprietary and third-party sources. The service includes continuous monitoring of global and emerging threat sources, incorporation of additional intelligence sources as required by UK Biobank, real-time alerting of critical threats, and regular analytical reporting to support risk based prioritisation and remediation. The service will also include integration of monitoring tools, dashboards, and intelligence feeds with UK Biobank security technologies where required, together with specialist advisory support to interpret findings, recommend remediation actions, and provide multilingual engagement capabilities for investigations and risk mitigation activities.
