The contracting authority is the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority and the objective of the procurement is to ensure the Contracting Authority the necessary consultancy services connected to the performance management system Hypergene. The assistance shall, among other things, contribute to good utilisation, management and further development of the system, including configuration, user adaptations, error recovery and work with integrations.
