Cadent is seeking to establish a Framework of recruitment organisations to support the attraction, assessment and appointment of permanent employees across a range of business functions and specialist disciplines. The purpose of the arrangement is to create a controlled network of trusted recruitment partners that can supplement Cadent´s internal Talent Acquisition capability where external support is required. Appointed suppliers will be expected to provide specialist market reach, access to active and passive talent, evidence-based candidate assessment, market intelligence and a consistently high standard of candidate and hiring-manager service.
