The aim of the procurement is to establish an attractive, professional and sustainable canteen service for FFI Kjeller. The canteen shall offer high quality food and drinks, be a natural meeting place for employees and at the same time have economic and operationally sustainable operations. The contracting authority would like a supplier who can develop the canteen offer over time and who has a clear focus on food made from the ground up, good raw materials, variety, season, nutrition and good user experience.
