The University intends to enter into a contractual relationship with a service provider that can provide an innovative solution, supporting the University in meeting its current and future objectives in relation to sustainable waste management, recycling and circularly. Early 2027 the University of Leeds plans to invite suitable suppliers to bid for core and specialist waste streams. We are currently gathering market intelligence to inform us of the optimum route to market. We are asking potential contractors to reply to the questionnaire to enable us to gather vital information to inform our decision making. Provision of Waste Removal

The procurement will cover all core waste streams, General Waste, DMR, Glass, Paper and chemical, hazardous, Skips hire and WEEE Removal from campus and student residences.
