Places for People Group Limited (PfP) is establishing a Major Works Framework for the delivery of planned investment works across its housing portfolio. The works will principally comprise the replacement, renewal, installation, repair and associated works relating to: windows, external doors and roofline components; internal components including kitchens, bathrooms and electrical rewires; and boilers and heating systems. The Framework is divided into 11 geographical regions and three workstream Lots within each region, creating 33 Lots in total. Requirements, volumes and programmes will vary by region and workstream.
