Professional services to support ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Services

The Procurement Process is being run following the call off procedure in accordance with RM6309 - MCF4 - Lot 2, Strategy and Policy. POL ran the procurement to appoint a supplier to provide expert support in regards to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Services. The work is split into 2 phases: Prove Phase and Delivery Phase. Work includes by is not limited to: • Business Case Development • Supply Chain Mapping • Financial Modelling • Social Value Augmentation • Plan Implementation • Performance Optimisation • BAU Integration
