Vestfold public procurement cooperation (VOIS) invites tenderers to a market dialogue in connection with the planned new joint framework agreement for chemicals, pool technical equipment, dosing equipment, spare parts and the accompanying service for swimming pools for the municipalities in Vestfold. Only Sandefjord municipality has a framework agreement for this area. The aim of the dialogue is to gain better insight into the market, service capacity and recommendations before the competition is designed. VOIS would like input on relevant requirements and award criteria connected to, among other things, competence, response time, delivery security, annual service, recycling schemes for packaging, climate and environment, environmental management and price regulation. Furthermore, we would like to highlight whether there are products or services that ought to be included in the contract beyond the current extent. The dialogue will be held as one-to-one meetings. Tenderers are asked to prepare answers to the questions for the implementation of the dialogue, so that the meetings can be used efficiently to elaborate on relevant topics. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for participation in any later competition.
