26/16121 Prior Information Notice - Communication Aids

Procurement information: The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, c/o the Nav Finance and Management Department, the Procurement Section, hereafter called the contracting authority, plans to announce an open tender contest for the procurement of communication aids. Products and services shall be deliverable to all of the nation's counties. The procurement will cover different types of communication aids for alternative and supplementary communication, shortened to ASK. The communication aids (ASK aids) included in the procurement are aids that replace speech, support to develop speech or a supplement to low and indistinct speech. The procurement is planned to be divided into several sub-contracts in such a way that in the best possible way to cover different users ́needs for aids for alternative and supplementary communication, ensure comparable products and contribute to the achievement of the desired breadth of assortment. The agreement is planned to have a duration of two years, with an option for an extension(s) for all or parts of the contract for a period of up to two years. Communication with the contracting authority: All communication (input for hearing, questions to the contracting authority, etc.) shall be sent in writing in the communication module in Ivalua. The 'Send In Response' function in Ivalua shall not be used in connection with this prior information notice.
