It is Cadder HA's intention to enter a contract with one contractor to deliver their programme of electrical inspections (EICR’s) for a three year period.

The contractor will be required to provide an Electrical Installation Condition Report for each property visited. AM/PM appointment slots must be provided to the tenants. All works to be in accordance with the current Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations.
