The product and services can range from a fully managed outsourced digital property repairs and maintenance service, to just a Saas platform that organisations can plug their own staff and DLO into.

The contract comprises an initial 11-month pilot providing digital property repairs and maintenance services to 321 residential properties. Should the pilot be successful then the parties can enter into a main contract period of 5 + 5 years where services would be provided to circa 2500 residential properties. Note that the total contract value provided in this notice reflects the maximum value should services be provided to the customer's entire residential housing stock.
