The competition is for temporary residential offers for families with children who apply to Nav and who have acute housing needs. The housing need will vary from 1 night to overnight stay over long periods. The contracting authority aims to ensure that no one stays for more than one month. According to the Social Services Act in nav § 27, the municipality is obliged to have an offer for temporary residential offers, this is described in more detail in circular letter 35.  See the detailed description in the tender documentation and annex competition is reserved for non-profit organisations.
