The tenderer shall be responsible for the design and project management of the refurbishment of the 12 projects across the borough as part of the PeacePlus 2.4 enhancement scheme. The contract is for the provision and delivery of 12 Capital projects funded by SEUPB (Special EU programmes Body) in the development of internet based connection hubs to the 12 number Council owned/leased properties highlighted below. 1. Ahoghill Community Centre. Installation of portable video conferencing equipment with WiFi access points, cabling and sockets. 2. Ballygally Community Hall. Installation of portable video conferencing equipment with WiFi access points, cabling and sockets. 3. Broughshane Community House. Two new hub areas created with new door and wall to ground floor with power and data. New storage area created at first floor. 4. Broughshne Houstons Mill. Redecoration of ground floor meeting room. First floor area to be subdivided into three office areas including power and data. Decoration to ground floor toilets. 5. Carnlough Village Hall, Heritage Hub. Installation of portable video conferencing equipment with WiFi access points, cabling and sockets. 6. Carnlough, Glenlough Community Centre. Installation of portable video conferencing equipment with WiFi access points, cabling and sockets. 7. Culleybackey Community Centre Installation of portable video conferencing equipment with WiFi access points, cabling and sockets. 8. Glenravel Community House Conversion of first floor room into podcast recording room with booth type seating and central table. Existing store to be converted into sound room with connecting WiFi conduits to podcast room. Sound reduction construction allowed for to the podcast room. 9. Kells and Connor Community Centre Installation of wall mounted video conferencing equipment with WiFi access points, cabling and sockets. 10. Portglenone Community Centre Community room to be upgraded to accommodate video conferencing installation including WiFi access points, cabling and sockets. 11. Portglenone Enterprise Centre Ground floor office Room 1 to be upgraded with the extension of the wall mounted cable trunking to the perimeter of the room allowing for Wi Fi access points, cabling and sockets. First floor rooms 4+6 to be to have new data trunking with Wi Fi access points, cabling and sockets. Allowance to be made for new carpets to all ground and first floor rooms 12. Whitehead Community and Enterprise Centre First floor meeting room to be upgraded for video conferencing and existing office to be divided into two enterprise hubs. Allow for WiFi access points, cabling and sockets. Existing first floor storage room to be converted into server room. Additional sound proofing of first floor meeting room to be allowed for.
