Management of Interim and Temporary Accommodation for Homeless Households
West Norfolk Housing Company and the Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk are seeking to procure a management and maintenance service for temporary accommodation in Kings Lynn. WNHC is a Registered Provider of Social Housing wholly owned by the which holds social housing in the borough. WNHC are the landlord of 7 self-contained flats used as interim/temporary accommodation at Broad Street, Kings Lynn. In addition, the Council have recently acquired seven self contained properties at Mulberry Terrace to use as interim and temporary accommodation, making fourteen temporary accommodation units in total. The interim and temporary accommodation will be provided to homeless households nominated by the Council in accordance with homelessness legislation.
