Porsgrunn municipality shall establish a residential offer for persons with a need for decision-fixing services. The offer shall consist of two compact residences. The measure is not provided with an executable supply road to each building/entrance, but it will require access and technical infrastructure such as water, sewage and electricity. A room programme (minimum requirement) has been prepared for the residence, which gives a net area of 35-40 m2per residential unit.
