Two new contracts have been established for the installation of ANPR and the provision of car park management services across Northern Trains Limited (NTL) car park estate.

Northern Trains Limited has established two contracts for the deployment of an ANPR based parking enforcement solution and associated car park management services across its estate. Covering an initial rollout of 36 stations, the contracts include the design, supply and installation of ANPR infrastructure, digital permit and whitelisting systems, back-office enforcement software, parking penalty administration, appeals management and enforcement processing services. The procurement supports the transition from manual to automated civil parking enforcement, improving compliance, increasing parking and enforcement revenues, enhancing customer experience through digital parking services, and delivering operational efficiencies through 24/7 automated enforcement and streamlined back-office processes.
