The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of a wide range of services and associated products related to the information and communication activities of the contracting authority in the field of its policies and programmes, as well as to the organisation of events, including conferences and training sessions. The services that may be required from the contractor for each category are further described in the following section and are expected to be tailored to the needs of each specific contract and event. The services may be requested from the contractor also as individual services, not necessarily being part of an event.
